Quality Construction
Built with steel portal framing and propped portals on A grade ground floor slab. External walls are a combination of concrete masonry, metal cladding, fibre cement cladding, glass and louvres. The roof is insulated metal deck with eave overhangs for shade.



Facilities and Access
Warehouse units front internal access driveways. Loading dock access for each unit is provided accepting small rigid trucks, along with parking for 2 cars and visitor parking.
