The Park consists of a series of buildings running north-south with frontages to an internal driveway system. Each building comprises a number of warehouse units typically 10 metres wide and 15.7 metres deep. At the front of each unit is a 6 metre wide glazed office and a 4 metre wide loading dock entry. Above each office is a mezzanine with internal access from the warehouse.
